TO APPLY:
1. Remove clear plastic film
2. Place tattoo face down on desired area of skin
3. Press a damp cloth/towel over backing paper and wait 30 seconds
4. Peel off the backing paper

TO REMOVE: 
Use baby oil or rubbing alcohol. Do not attempt to remove with water and soap. 

INGREDIENTS (FDA approved inks):
Water, Glycerin, Di Propylene Glycol (DBG), Butoxytriglycol (BTG). May contain: Blue 1 (CI 42090), Red 28 (CI 45410), Yellow 5 (CI 19140).

Cautions: Do not apply to sensitive skin, in the eye/eye area, lip area. or if allergic to adhesive.
